Live your life with PALS
A trusted local partner in disability and community support for 50 years.
Providing All Living Supports (PALS) is a long‑standing, NDIS‑registered disability provider supporting adults across northern Victoria and southern NSW to live their best lives.
We specialise in practical, person‑centred supports like supported independent living, respite, daily living assistance, community access, group programs and social enterprises, so people can build independence, stay connected and feel at home in their local communities.
Who do we support?
PALS supports people with disability and others who experience barriers to participation in everyday life. Services are delivered in and around Yarrawonga, Cobram, Numurkah and neighbouring communities, so people can stay close to family, friends and local connections.

What
we do.
Everything we do is shaped around each person’s goals, strengths and culture, guided by PALS’ vision of an inclusive community and values of belonging, integrity, reliability and respect.
Supported
Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides day‑to‑day support in a shared or individual home so you can live more independently. Our team assists with personal care, routines, meal preparation, medication and life skills, creating a safe, stable home where you feel confident and in control.
Social enterprise
Our social enterprises provide real‑world experience and opportunities to build skills and explore work in the community.
You can contribute to meaningful projects, gain on the job training and work experience, or start taking steps towards volunteering or employment in a supported and friendly setting.
